Hi im looking the server im argentinian... First sorry for my bad inglish.... i want to know how i create an account.

Yes, is autocreate accounts just login game and insert ID & Ps
Also if you hit Create Account button while in l2 you will see on the bot of your screen
a message " Accounts are auto-creates. Enjoy"
